To be honest, I didn't hit it off with Mat Kearney our first time around. I, as you know, am a music lover, and a friend of mine suggested I check him out (back when Bullet came out). I remember spending some time in our local Family Christian Bookstore listening to Bullet and coming away unimpressed. Well a couple years passed and I thought I might check him out again. So glad I did.
This ones all about what's important in your life and how are you gonna handle a little (or a lot) of conflict. I get it because I've been married for 12+ years. I think everyone can understand what Mat's getting at here.
