Not sure if the news has reached everyone yet but Doc Watson passed away today at the age of 89. Doc won seven Grammy awards as well as a lifetime achievement award back in 2004. Doc played and wrote songs in many different genres including bluegrass, gospel, blues, country and folk music. Want to know more? Read more here. If not, at least stay and enjoy his picking skills.
